Complaints
We take complaints very seriously, and if there's something you're not happy about we want to know about it so that we can fix it for you and make sure it doesn't happen again.
To make a complaint, use the form on our contact page. One of our staff will get straight back to you (or first thing in the morning if you get in touch after 8pm) and will do everything he or she can to solve your problem. Don't worry - you'll deal with the same person throughout, so you won't have to keep explaining your problem from the beginning over and over!
If the complaint is about the quality of a piece of work we've produced for
you, we will offer to rewrite it, either with the original writer or a new one, for
free. If you have already paid for the work and you want a refund, we will give
you one immediately.
If the complaint is about a member of our staff, we will investigate and get
back to you asap to discuss the matter further.
If the complaint is about something on our website, we will look into it as
quickly as possible and get back to you.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 hours.
